We first got to know Domenic and Jody and their team a few years ago when we had our house for sale. We decided it was not time for our family to move so we took our house off of the market. Domenic and Jody’s philosophy was “once you’re a client, you’re always a client” with the Manchisi team. We were so happy with the team that when we finally decided to put our house on the market again we knew who we wanted to call. They did not disappoint. The whole team, including Lindsay and Loren (the voices over the phone), were always so patient, friendly and informative. Everyone always made us feel comfortable and relaxed in a usually stressful time. I even had a nice chat with Donna, who came by to place our “sold” sign. When we started interviewing Agents to sell our home (we interviewed several), we were looking for someone that was confident but also someone we could work with and could work with us. I was not looking forward to the process of selling and buying a house again. As my past experiences were not good. However, after my husband and I meet with Domenic Manchisi we were willing to try. Paul & I would like to thank you for the great job you did selling our home and making sure that the closing went smoothly. We did not expect to have it sold in less than 2 weeks! The agent that has listed most of the homes in the area still has several that have not been sold since last year! We really appreciated the fact that when you came to list the property and gave us what you considered a fair selling price, that you brought all the listings in the past year both sold and still unsold and went over them with us. You obviously had done your homework well. We also appreciated the fact that whenever we had a question & called you, your response was always within minutes. Because we were up noth most of the time, it was very convenient that we could deal with the offer through email & fax. It saved us a great deal of time and gas plus was all completed at our convenience.
